At Sun Earth Mhoon, we value your trust and want to ensure you’re satisfied with your experience. Please review our policy below to understand how we handle exchanges and refunds.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless there is an issue with your order (see details below).


Damages and Issues

We understand how frustrating it can be to receive a damaged or incorrect item. If this happens, please let us know right away!

Contact us at info@sunearthmhoon.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

We’ll work with you to make it right, including offering an exchange or other resolution.


Exceptions

Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.


Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items if they were damaged during shipping or if you received the wrong item. Here’s what to do:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Save your receipt or proof of purchase.

Contact us at info@sunearthmhoon.com before sending anything back. We cannot process items returned without prior notice.


Refunds

For unopened domestic packages returned to us as “Return to Sender,” we’ll issue a refund, minus the cost of shipping.

International packages refused at customs are not eligible for refunds.

Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method, but please allow time for your bank to process it.
